It's a space where everyone can comfortably pursue their own purpose – be it conversations, work, hobbies, or simply a quiet break. This thoughtful design makes it a space that truly embraces people for their own reasons.

It's also rare to find a coffee shop that stays open until 11 PM, offering a different, more relaxed atmosphere in the evening.

Flapping Coffee truly puts a lot of thought into its menu. As someone who loves lattes but often experiences stomach discomfort, I was thrilled to discover that all their lattes use lactose-free milk. This provides a nutritious alternative, offering the benefits of milk without digestive issues.

Their Pumpkin Basque Cheesecake is also gluten-free, a testament to their commitment to healthy and unusual options. It was warm, familiar, and incredibly delicious, with a strong pumpkin flavor.

I opted for a Cold Brew Decaf Latte for the evening, which had a distinct cold brew flavor and felt incredibly fresh, thanks to the lactose-free milk. My friend, who had a cold, ordered the Organic Pink Grapefruit Tea, served in an elegant goblet with a cute hourglass timer. It was a real cold-buster and tasted wonderful.
