I started a new job today, and to be honest, it was a bit of a whirlwind. By the end of the day, I was craving something comforting, something uniquely Korean. My mind immediately went to makgeolli, the traditional Korean rice wine. So, I met up with a friend and we headed to a place I'd heard great things about: Separate House (따로집) in Hapjeong.

Separate House is a fusion Korean restaurant that takes its alcohol menu seriously. They even have their own signature house-made makgeolli. We decided to try the Rich Sunbi Makgeolli, and it was a revelation.
